Welcome to the Health Expo Vendor Signup Form for the Ulnooweg Health Expo! We are excited to invite you to participate in our upcoming Health Expo, which will be held in conjunction with our annual Solstice Run. The Health Expo will bring together health and wellness vendors to showcase their products and services to a diverse audience of runners, health enthusiasts, and community members. This is an excellent opportunity for you to promote your business and connect with potential customers who are interested in living a healthy lifestyle.

We are offering 10×10 outdoor spaces at a cost of  $125 for a business, or $75 for non-profits. You will need to provide your own tent, tables, and chairs. 

To participate in our Health Expo, please fill out the Vendor Signup Form below. The form includes information about your business, your booth, and your payment details. By signing up to participate, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the form.
